After consulting with the client, we agreed that the messaging should be informative, not promotional. The objective: to help people lead healthier, more balanced lives.

To make the campaign feel approachable, I recommended using humour — a tone that aligned with the brand’s personality and resonated emotionally with the audience.

The result was a lighthearted and educational series of posts titled “Conselhos para uma Vida Equilibrada”, a creative nod to the company name, Centro Terapêutico Equilibrium.
